As your Wedding Coordinator, I will lift the weight of timelines, phone calls, tipping envelopes and most importantly the set-up and breakdown of decor from your shoulders, and replace it with peace of mind. I coordinate every little detail of your wedding day to ensure that you experience the event you’ve spent months planning.

Family is extremely important to me and having your immediate family stress free on wedding day is something I strive for. Your wedding day, for both you and your family, it’s a moment you’ll only get once.
From managing vendor arrival times to packing up your gifts and items at the end of the night – I will take care of it all to ensure unforgettable memories for you and your guests!
Month of Coordination
The Bridal Binder will take over 6 weeks prior to your wedding and I will finalize all the details, layouts and timeline to be sure everything is executed to your expectations. You want a solely flawless wedding? Consider it done! This is your day to relax and indulge in the company of your family and friends. I'll take care of every little last detail behind the scenes and handle any bumps in the road with grace. Day-of coordination includes set-up and breakdown.
Wedding Management
If The Bridal Binder is unavailable on your wedding day to provide day-of coordination services, I do still offer exclusive Wedding Management Services. If you're nervous on how everything will fall into place as your wedding gets closer, I will ensure that ALL your final details have been confirmed, create your wedding timeline, reach out to all your vendors confirming they have everything they need, create your venue layouts and work with you to ensure you experience the wedding you’ve spent months planning! My services begin 6 weeks prior to your wedding and all documents are emailed to you and your vendors to ensure everyone has the same details!
A La Carte
If you're enjoying the planning process but need someone to take the lead on certain aspects, I can be of service! I would love to help take a stress load off your event planning. A la carte services include save the dates and invitation designs, welcome bags, wedding favors and honeymoon registry just to name a few.
