The Bridal Binder provides every client with budget guidelines, decor and design consulting, event coordination and general hospitality consulting. Laura takes pride in providing clients with vast knowledge with etiquette and taking the stress out of wedding and/or event planning.

For those who either need a jump-start in their planning process or those who are nervous on how things will fall into place!

A LA CARTE SERVICES

If you're enjoying the planning process but need someone to take the lead on certain aspects, The Bridal Binder offers a la carte services to anyone needing help planning their event. One doesn't have to purchase a package to use a la carte services. Email Laura with the services you are interested in and she would love to help take a stress load off your event planning - prices subject to change.

MONTH OF COORDINATION

 

With this package, you plan everything and The Bridal Binder will manage and coordinate the actual event day. The Bridal Binder will take over 4-6 weeks prior to the event and will finalize the details and timeline of the event to be sure everything is executed to the clients expectations. The services for this package include:

  • Unlimited Email and Text Correspondence

  • Up to Three Planning Meetings 

  • Planning Team of Lead Planner (Event Assistant as needed)

  • Comprehensive Event Checklist  

  • Vendor Recommendations

  • Guidance and Suggestions on Decor and Details 

  • Individualized Scheduling Timeline - based on event (transportation/travel, hair/makeup, etc.)

  • Create and Distribute Personalized Event Summary and Detailed Timeline 

  • Maintain and Coordinate Timeline with All Vendors 

  • Distribute Final Payments and Gratuities to Vendors

  • Oversee Set-up and Breakdown of Event, Acting as Point of Contact

  • Set-Up Event Items (guest book, programs, favors, etc)

  • Troubleshoot any Last-Minute Emergencies that may arise During the Event 

  • Collect Event Items by End of Event (handed off to designated guest)

  • Unlimited Use of The Bridal Binder Emergency Kit 

PETITE PLANNING

 

This package is suitable for those who have a vision and also have time to plan and be involved but need guidance along the way of the planning process. The Bridal Binder will act as your personal consultant for event planning. Services for this package begin  several months in advance to your event (may vary based on event). This package also includes the services of the Month of Coordination package and The Bridal Binder will also serve as your day-of coordinator. The services for this package include:

  • Unlimited Email and Text Correspondence

  • Up to Six Planning Meetings 

  • Custom Monthly Planning Updates 

  • Planning Team of Lead Planner (Event Assistant as needed)

  • Comprehensive Event Checklist  

  • Vendor Recommendations

  • Budget Review and Revisions (adjustments and suggestions)

  • Budget Worksheets

  • Assist with Decor, Detail and Design Decisions 

  • Review and Confirm Vendor Commitments (upon receiving contracts)

  • Manage Vendor Payment Schedule

  • Send Vendor Payment Reminders (when necessary)

  • Assist with Save the Dates, Invitations, RSVPs (per clients discretion)

  • Guidance and Suggestions on Decor and Details 

  • Individualized Scheduling Timeline - based on event (transportation/travel, hair/makeup, etc.)

  • Create and Distribute Personalized Event Summary and Detailed Timeline 

  • Maintain and Coordinate Timeline with All Vendors

FULL SERVICE

 

This package is for those who want The Bridal Binder to take over the full event planning process. You can be involved as much or as little as you want to be. Services for this package begin as soon as the package is booked. The Bridal Binder will manage every aspect of your event all while staying within your budget. This package includes the services of the Month of Coordination and Petite Planning packages. The Bridal Binder will also serve as your day-of coordinator. The services for this package include:

  • Unlimited Email and Text Correspondence

  • Up to Ten Planning Meetings 

  • Custom Monthly Planning Updates 

  • Planning Team of Lead Planner (Event Assistant as needed)

  • Comprehensive Event Checklist  

  • Vendor Recommendations

  • Develop Event Design Concept and Inspiration Boards 

  • Assemble and Design All DIY projects 

  • Assist with Venue(s) Preview and Selection (review quotes and contracts)

  • Schedule and Confirm Vendor Appointment(s) (attend appointments per clients discretion)

  • Act as Liaison between Vendor(s) and Client

  • Negotiate and Confirm Vendor(s) Contracts 

  • Budget Projection and Management (allocate money and help you stay within budget)

  • Budget Review and Revisions (adjustments and suggestions)

  • Budget Worksheets

  • Assist with Decor, Detail and Design Decisions 

  • Review and Confirm Vendor Commitments (upon receiving contracts)

  • Manage Vendor Payment Schedule

  • Send Vendor Payment Reminders (when necessary)

  • Assist with Stationary Design, Selection and Addressing 

  • Assemble and Deliver Welcome Bags (based on event, supply cost by client, up to 30 bags)
