There are so many reasons to love what I do. Not only do I get to bring visions to life but I also get to take the stress load off clients in order for them to enjoy their event rather than stressing over it. The busy work that most people dread I actually love and look forward to doing. I get the chance to use my organizational skills daily. I enjoy the time consuming research one may continue to avoid until procrastination hits and it's crunch time.
Often most will put an event planner at the bottom of the vendor list (if at all) as they plan to have a close friend or family member help them throughout the planning process and with last minute to-dos. Still at a loss on deciding on vendors? The Bridal Binder has a list of various vendor recommendations in which they have worked with directly and can vouch for their services and products. The Bridal Binder will contact the vendors, confirm pricing and determine if they can work with a budget/payment plan and we will keep track of when payments are due. Still can't find the vendor you're looking for? The Bridal Binder will do the research for you and give you options.

The actual planning is when you get excited for the process. We strive to bring your vision and Pinterest boards to life. If a theme or a vision hasn't been put in place we will help guide you through the process and the decision making.
Day of Coordination
If you decide on one of our three event packages, The Bridal Binder will coordinate your day and will ensure your event day is run smoothly and stress-free for you. We will create and distribute a personalized day of timeline specific to your event as well as maintain and coordinate timelines with vendors. Have tips to give to vendors? Give them to The Bridal Binder and we will personally hand out the envelopes on your behalf. The Bridal Binder will assist with decor set-up and breakdown so you don't have to rely on friends and family, they can enjoy your event too! You have the planning done and only need a day of coordinator? No worries! The Bridal Binder offers a month of coordination package in which I will reach out a month prior to your event to start on timelines, summaries and prepare your binder for event day.
